I worked for EMC Documentum for 13 years. During this period I was the Technical Publications Senior Manager with 25 direct reports (and 15 indirect reports), including writers on both US coasts, Europe, and India.

I also migrated the entire doc organization from various file formats to XML and implemented the “TechPubs Solution”, a process that automatically chunks and reassembles XML content upon checkin\checkout to and from the Documentum repository. The following link provides diagrams of the process:
